Hello!!
She will be greatly missed by the stitching community. She was one of my favorite designers.
My Prayers and Thoughts go out to her family
On a better note...
I was invited to spend a day of stitching on Sunday at the
http://www.inspiredneedle.com/ with blogging friend
Laura. She is such a sweetie and all the ladies gave me a warm welcome. It was my very first time that I ever stitched with anyone and it won't be my last time, it was so fun and inspiring, I really can't explain it!
This is Linda that just got back her framed piece by Chessie and Me, Mighty Oaks Sampler
Beautiful stitching!!!
That's the only picture I have to share. I didn't want to take a photo of someone who didn't want it posted on a blog. I don't plan on getting stuck with needles my next stitching visit, lol
I did some stashing too
Sunday night after I got home I started on BBD Gathering Basket with 30ct Espresso
I finished stitching block 4 of Houses of HRH
And here is my new cherished book, I can keep going back and finding something different each time I look at it.
Happy Stitching!!!!

Nice stash - that C&M framed sampler is very pretty!
She will be missed a lot!
Beautifull pictures and stash you have
I just ran across your blog. I live near Little Rock, AR and read where you visited a shop called Shepherd's Needle. I have lived here a long time and have never heard of that shop. Can you tell me where it is located?
Also wondering if you are the same lady I met on 123 mb sometime last year or the year before. Your dh was fishing a tournament at Lake DeGray. Small world if you are the same lady. BTW..I enjoyed your blog.
Lisa will be greatly missed and my prayers are with her and her family.
Excellent stash haul--I especially love that last pick with the needlebook.

I am still in shock about Lisa. I am praying for her family. I can't even imagine how painful it is for them. It just does not seem real. She was really a great designer and it sounds like she was a very lovely person too.

Yes it has been a sad week and I am heart broken over the loss of Lisa. She was a wonderful woman and I will cherish the memories of her in the couple of round robins I did with her over the years and email groups I was in with her.
