There was more like needles and fabrics, nothing real exciting.
Thanks for stopping by
"Small Token" by Blackbird Designs
If I remember right it was stitched on 32ct iced cappuccino. Filled with crushed walnuts to keep her needles sharp and clean. It even has her initials on it.
Look! What's in the box now.
Christine was the only one to get it right. It only took seconds for it to be empty, before she got herself cozy. Looking at me like "Why are you taking pictures, you should be use to this by now."
I hope everyone has a terrific weekend!
I won an awesome giveaway from Stephanie over at http://joiedebayou.blogspot.com/
Go over and give her a big shout out

See the kitty?
As I am laying everything out, she is as curious as a cat can be.
After I had everythig laid out, Can you guess where she ended up at??

By celebrating her being ten years of breast cancer free.
She set up a special blog http://pumpkinpatchandcobreastfund.blogspot.com/
She has 15 people signed up to donate an ornie to http://www.atticneedlework.com/ for The Silent Auction for Breast Cancer
I hope she doesn't mind me mentioning it here
I just hope I can pull off the sewing part for the shape, if not I will have plenty of time to do something different.

I received A Beautiful Blogger Award from FAYERAYE
Thanks so much, I am flattered
I tried to paste it, but it won't work. I'll try again later.
Since Dusty's been gone, the man cave is slowly turning into a sewing/craft room. Pic's later.
I have mailed out my pin cushion exchange over a week ago and haven't heard if she received it. Talk about being nervous.
Happy Mother's Day! to all my UK buddies
I guess the fabric is growing on me. I just couldn't find the right colors to match the stitching.
I really haven't been stitching much at all. I do have my pin pillow exchange wrapped up and ready to send out tomorrow or Saturday. It's my first public exchange, Gawd!!! I hope she likes it, lol I sure do and it was hard to let go. More on that later when it's been received.
Here is a really easy smeasy, quick, inexpensive, tasty treat.
One can chili (we prefer chili with no beans) and a brick of cream cheese, nuke it till it's creamy and warm. Serve with Tostito's. Yumo!! Your family will luv ya!
I hope everyone has a perfect fun-filled weekend coming up.
