After looking at my sidebar at my finishes, I notices that the Hallow Sampler wasn't crossed out. I dug it out and finished what was left to stitch, which wasn't all that much from last year, yeah!!! Last year!

Sock Monkey

Happy almost weekend!!

I finished the Sock Monkey ornament from the JCS 2010 issue

I knew when I seen it, I had to stitch it for my mom.

My hometown is Rockford, thats where the sock monkey was invented. My mom use to make the monkey out of the Rockford socks.

I am really drawn toward the verse patterns anymore, must be a new fad with me, lol

I have to go have a victory dance with myself, just because the border matched up. Don't ya just love when that happens?????

The colors are so much richer, I must have taken a million snaps

I did change some of the colors around and made the house into a log cabin

I think this will be finshed as a pillow
