Wow! Look what's in the box...

Happy Tuesday!!

I won an awesome giveaway from Stephanie over at http://joiedebayou.blogspot.com/

Go over and give her a big shout out

I really thought it would be the chart she was giving away, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw all the fabulous lagniappe from Louisiana

See the kitty?

As I am laying everything out, she is as curious as a cat can be.

After I had everythig laid out, Can you guess where she ended up at??

I will post the photo in my next posting

Look at all this beautiful stuff from the deep south

She included a beautiful handmade Fleur de Lis Scissor FOB plus the little alligator

plus this cool bag that most of the food items came packed in

This was so much fun. Thanks again, Stephanie, for spoiling me rotten

I started this ornament for Cathey's Breast Fund

By celebrating her being ten years of breast cancer free.

She set up a special blog http://pumpkinpatchandcobreastfund.blogspot.com/

She has 15 people signed up to donate an ornie to http://www.atticneedlework.com/ for The Silent Auction for Breast Cancer
I hope she doesn't mind me mentioning it here

I just hope I can pull off the sewing part for the shape, if not I will have plenty of time to do something different.

There is a get together planned at Welcome Stitchery in Crystal Lake this Saturday, 10:30ish then lunch. There have been a few people asking about it. If you are interested in meeting up, let me know so I can look for you. I plan on going as long as there is no snow storm in progress, lol ,ya never know

Thank you all that left me the fabulous comment on VoHRH and Thank You for the awards I have been give, I am sorry I can't remember all of you, I really lost track.

Happy Stitching!!!

Awesome win Ranae! LOL @ the kitty, mine does that too. Your angel piece is going to be so pretty.

Glad you like your goodies.

When you make the beignets, make sure to give them a generous dusting of powdered sugar. Then just as you or DD are about to take a bite take a deep breath and blow ;)

There was a little red crab to keep the alligator from being lonely, but he may be "stuck" in the bag.

Pretty angel ornament. Thanks for the info on the auction.
