Hush! little Baby, don't say a word

Mama's gonna buy you a Mocking Bird

Mocking Bird by La D Da
Stitched on 40ct maritime linen w/DMC

I thought for sure I would finish it in 2011, I was that close
Should I change it or leave it? I never stitch the date until it's done

I started the 2012 small for March

Small Token by Blackbirds Design
32ct pearled barley linen w/CC threads

My bird is stitched with Black Coffee because I didn't have the Muddy Puddle
Ha! I put the date on that one just to teach myself a lesson, lol

I couldnt resist this one after browsing the leaflet

Bunnies by Prairie Schooler #178
16ct black/DMC

I love mail...

It's my Prim Sisters Club from the Country_Sampler, go there to get more info

The first installment is Prim Sisters School of Needlework hanging sampler pocket, kitted

by Pineberry Lane

I just love the piece and the prim club. Leave the date- close enough in the grand scheme of things I think:)

Love the La D Da... so cute. I wouldn't worry about the date since you did most of the stitching in 2011 anyway.

Love the Prim Sisters club piece ... can't wait to see this one! Will try to resist and live through you!!!!

happy stitching...

Super stitching. Leave the dates alone. They might just as well represent when you started as when you finished! And 100 years from now, who really cares?

The Prim Sisters Club looks like fun. Enjoy!

Great finish and wips! You could always add 2012 to the right of the birds legs.
I am so tempted by that club!

Hi Ranae. Loved those stitched designs. That hush little baby would make an adorable birth announcement. I also got my prim sisters package yesterday, what a great design! :)

Ranae - I've got the same thing going on a 2011 date but finished in 2012 - not sure what I'm going to do - Love the stitched piece and the prim looks fun too.

I love that Mockingbird piece. I bought it when it first came out but have yet to stitch it.

What a great Prim club - love it!

Wonderful finish! The date wouldn't fuss me one way or the other. ;)

Nice job Ranae! I would leave the date in, after all you did most of it in 2011. I am also doing the 2012 Smalls but haven't started March yet, I'm trying to work on January's project since I joined a little late.

Ranae, I love your La D Da piece. It looks so good on that Maritime White, but then again, what doesn't!! Even your initials are perfect for this piece. LOL! I really like the Black Coffee that you substituted. I'll have to remember that when I do mine. I always look forward to seeing what you've been stitching and I'm never disappointed!!!

Oh, I really need to stitch Hush Little Baby--your finish is adorable, Ranae! I would just leave the 2011--it really won't matter in the long run...
