Progress in freezing Illinois

Happy Weekend!!!
I hope the weekend has started for most of you
Northern Illinois is in a deep freeze, brrrrr!!!!!!
Here's my progress on Tribute to Summer

It doesn't make it feel any warmer, lol
It's the only thing I've been stitching on all week
I'm at a thread that is the same color as the linen, so instead of finding a sub, I'm putting it down and picking up The Talking Board
Thanks for stopping by my little cold corner of the world

Its freezing here in Ohio, too! Kids got a snow day today. Your stitching is beautiful! Happy stitching, and stay warm!

That is beautiful Ranae.

I'm hoping for some nice cool weather. The temps are up and down like a yoyo and I just wish it would stay chilly for a while with frosts.

The thermometer has dropped the mercury once again here in Maine as well. I did so enjoy the 50 degree weather we had the other day. I love your current project, the to es are so lovely. Great progress.

Very pretty WIP and your stitching is beautiful.

I'm hoping the snow we're supposed to get tonight will be minimal and I see the temps will be warming up this coming week, so the snow won't stay too long.

Hello from freezing Michigan! Let's all wish really hard so it'll warm up to at least 25 degrees. This single digit crap is killing me!

That's a very pretty piece. The border is GORGEOUS! Have fun with that and the Talking Board. I did that one last year. That was a nice and quick stitch! I just started on Annie Hyssop's Harvest Moon. Early start on Halloween!

I'm just to the west of you and I think our weather hits you two days later... some warm stuff may be heading your way soon! (Followed by snow. hehe.)

The flowery border is so pretty and the letters look nice in that floss color on your fabric! Hope you warm up soon!
