Last weekend 7 of us stayed upstairs above The Stitchery Nook in Osage, Iowa. In a later post...when I was there I took pictures of the shop, there were others staying up there. Sherry showed us a little bit, but I didn't want to impose taking photos.
Here's the upstairs, it sleeps up to 15, has four bathrooms, nice comfy chairs, well stocked kitchen with utensils, pans, and dishes, body soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, Ott lights, (table and floor) one with big magnifer. There is also a quilt shop and other shopping plus a fabulous restaurant like two doors down called Teluwat.
We had a blast, I think we laughed more then anything. Thanks to Anna, Terry, Jackie, Lois, Julie and Linda for a fabulous, recharging weekend
The kitchen is open to the right
The next photo is the big room, with only seven of us we stayed in the main room,
We shared tables to stay close, ear reach of everyone and close to the food
Clearly everyone can have their own table, it is light and airy
are totally wonderful. We booked for next year already.
I finally found Liberty at a shop in Elkader, Iowa, (pit stop on the way)
I kitted it up at The Stitchery Nook and even started it

Looks like a fun time! I would love to visit there sometime. Love your new Liberty...looks great so far!
WOW - what a great retreat spot ! I wish we had stuff like that within driving distance. I hadn't seen that Liberty boot design - I thought Prairie Moon was gone but maybe it's an older OOP you just lucked up on finding. Cheers! Mel
