The guys are fishing again this weekend. Kellie and I are just at home chillin' tonite. Ready to go to bed early, as last night was pretty late before we went to sleep with party #2. I am so glad it is over. The girls were playing Spoons and a couple decided to carve in my anitque dining set, YES! you heard me right. It's actually my craft table downstairs and I always have a tablecloth, but still
There's more, but you get the idea
I have been stitching on BBD "Greetings" I am still loving it so.
I just snapped the pics so they are kinda dark taken in the house
This major WIP will have to be done by the 31st of this month. Last night I added the finish date.
We went for a short walk this evening and took some shots of the horses
Until next time...

Oh, the dining table-I would be so upset! Your BBD greetings is looking beautiful-they really do make fab patterns. Hope your weekend is a good one!
OMG, whta did they do to your table? I can't believe this. But being a teacher I know that some see it even as a sport to carve whatever comes to their minds into tables. I sometimes ask myself if they also do it at home.
Your BBD piece looks so gorgeous. It certainly is a fun stitch like all their designs.
oh i'm sorry to hear over your dining set. Your BBD is coming along great!
Have a good weekend.
Oh no! Your poor table! My younger daughter went through a phase of "autographing" eveything too.
The BBD piece is lovely
O. M. G. I would FREAK if I had seen that!! I haven't had a party here in awhile, we have one tomorrow and another next week and I am worrying over what the kids will do. It's ridiculous that that has to be a worry. I'd freak if I thought my kids didn't treat other people's property with respect.
Your WIPs look amazing! Great job.
Oh Ranae, what a shame about your table!!! So sorry, but I am thrilled that your major WIP will be finished this month...whoop, whoop!!! And that is a major one too!!!!
Love your BBD as well!
Well, it looks like one of them signed her name. So, at least, you know who the guilty party is. :-0
I'd be SO upset.
On a happier note ... your stitching looks great!
Oh boy, your poor table :(
your BBD piece is coming along nicley. I love stitching their designs, they are such fun.
Carving on your dining table? What's up with that?!!! What is wrong with those kids? I am really sorry they did that.
Nice BBD! I like that design.
that is horrible about your dining room table. I would be very mad.
OH NO!!! Sorry to hear about your table:( Stitching and horses are beautiful!
Ahh, your poor table.... your wip's look great though :o) The horses are beautiful.
Oh hon - your poor table! I'm not sure that an autographed table was what you had in mind. Hopefully, it can be repaired with a litle light sanding.
Your BBD is beautiful. Love the photos of the horses and the birdies.
Love the name Winston for Bunny. It sounds just right.
I would've had a huge cow over carving in a table. It's always a surprise when kids have absolutely no respect for other people's property.
Your ATS is almost finished! Woo! I'm so, so jealous.
Oh no, your lovely table, how awful for you.
BBD looks great, nice pics of your walk.
{{big hug}}
Love the horse pics :) What is spoons? Naughty, naughty on the carvings!
PS - Your BBD looks great!
That's great motivation to get that WIP finished by the end of the month! And when we were kids, my brother, sister and I etched into my dad's bedside table - also an antique. It didn't go over very well :/
Poor table!a shocker, but my kids have done similar things, thank goodness only once each:)
Your stitching is great, love the charts.
That's awful about the table. What where they thinking?
Your BBD is looking gorgeous. Their designs are so addicting, I just finished up Spring Fling.
Oh no!!!! It does look like it could be refinished though!! Sorry just trying to make you feel a little better!!
Lovely stitching progress!
