I would LOVE to have a creek in my backyard! Talk about green with envy!!! The border on the LK piece is so cute. You did a nice job on it. Your WIP is coming along great.
Me too! I want a creek in our backyard...lol!!
The border on your L*K is too cute.
Perfect way to end the border!
Awesome progress on VoHRH!
Add me among the ones wishing for a creek! What a beautiful view.
The candy border on the L*K is adorable!
Awwwwwwww, what a peaceful scene of the creek in the backyard. it just makes me feel serene.
Oh, yeah, your sitthcing looks great too.
LOL
Love those LK Flip Its! And what an amazing backyard you have!
Hi Ranae:
What a wonderful place for your children to play!
The border is all I have left to on my Boo piece - hooray! I am still green with envy (like my pun) over your choice of fabric - it's wonderful!
Enjoy your weekend.
Cari
I just got back from walking to the store at lunchtime. I'm a sweaty mess! I could use a wade in that creek about now!
Very cute border and nice progress on the houses.
Love the creek! I am hoping to do a major happy dance on my L*K's this weekend! :) You've inspired me my lady.
How wonderful to have that creek at the bottom of your garden.
We had a creek in our backyard growing up and there was always something to discover, snakes, snapping turtles! Makes for some great learning lessons when you're a child.
Love your Ida Mae (I missed your last post) and both of your other pieces. I really look forward to seeing your progress on Villages. It's such a great piece. Have a wonderful weekend.
The creek looks gorgeous, what a wonderful place for kids to grow up in. Your wips are looking great, and Ida May is so cute, congratulations on finishing her.
How amazing to have your own creek, I'm wildly jealous LOL
Love the border on the LK
Great progress on VoHRH!
Is that a clam????
Isn't it great having water in your backyard? We have a pond that brings all sorts of wildlife into our yard. Looks like the clam likes it too!
Your stitching is great!! What a great place to grown up and explore.
I grew up with a creek in my backyard, too. It was a lot of fun!
Super cute border on the L*K!
I love the border, so cute. The creek does look like it would provide a lovely time exploring, great pictures. Happy belated birthday to Brianna, I can't believe she's 2 already, where does the time go. Also, your finish of Ida Mae turned out wonderfully, what a fun design.
Sue
lovely LK flips :D
I love the border work.
Your creek is beautiful. It must be amazing to have it so close.
Thanks for the visit, Ranae! I've enjoyed looking at your stitching and your backyard. Where in IL are you? Our older daughter lives there too. (along with her DH and all of our GK!)
We had a creek nearby when I lived in Texas and I know I spent a lot of time down there exploring!
Your LK bottom looks fantastic! Keep going on Village that's a monster piece!
That creek sure does look like a kids dream, and an adults too, I would surely love it!
Lovely stitching, I'm sure block four will be done in no time.
Congratulations on the wonderful finish on Ida Mae too.
