Penny Angel ornament and more...

Happy Friday!!

"Penny Angel" by The Primitive Needle found in the JCS 2009 Christmas isssue
This little paper mache box was inspired by Blackbird Designs.
I photocopied the stitched piece, glued it to the top, put fabric around the edge of the box top.
I painted the bottom part. I might add some fabric to that as well too.

I finished block #7 of the villages

Here's my update on the Wednesday SAL

"Evergreen" by Blackbird Designs Loose Feather's #17

Thanks so much for your comments and e-mails, I do so appreciate them
Have a great Weekend!!

What a great idea for the box! This ornament reminds me of the face jugs you can find in SC and I need to add it to my list. Thanks for sharing.
