Red Deer Sampler

Happy Friday

I finally finished Red Deer Sampler by Gigi
A reproduction sampler from 1861-1866?

I stitched it on 36ct confederate grey linen with GA threads
I believe I started it on January 1st 2015 with lots of other starts, WIPs and finishes
in between stitching it

Have a great weekend!!

Wow! Quite an accomplishment and a really beautiful piece. Feels good to finish one that's been in progress for some time, doesn't it?

Wonderful finish, i love all the little mini designs that show up in these types of pieces. Your earlier finish of the boot was a fun one too, what a unique way to finish off a piece :)
