Yipeee!!!! I finished my 2nd biscornu and am happier with it then the first and am sure my 3rd will be even better :)
I had purchased a piece of black 28ct fabby for my 2nd CDC awhile back. I thought I would try a small project like a biscornu. Boy! oh! Boy! Am I glad I did becuase I will not be stitching BAP like CDC on it. It would be way too stressful for me.
I am still plugging away slowly buy surely on ATS.
I really need to pick up AAFG.
We have had so much snow (I just love it) 11" the other day, 1"-3" tonite and a Albeta Clipper moving down from Canada (gotta love them) on Tuesday?
Hubby just got home with pizza, gotta run...
Have a great stitchy weekend!!
P.S. On that Noah's piece there is no sign of anything on it to tell me a thing about it. I asked the seller about it but all he said" If you appreciate something like that you can have it for 3.00 hmmm... yeah I appreciate it Thank You very much (grrrr)

Congratulations on your finish! I love the way that colors pop on the black background, but it is definitely a challenge to stitch on. I contemplated stitching CdC on black, but am glad that I decided not to :)
I really need to *start* AAFG...one of these days :)
That biscornu is just gorgeous, congratulations on sticking with it!
I love your biscornu! Ive never made one before.
I stitched something on a dark blue recently and found it really hard, especially at night.
Beautiful biscornu! Congrats.
Stitching on black looks so great - but it strikes terror into my heart! Your biscornu is lovely. :)
Yay! Great job Ranae! What color is the floss because it's very pretty on that black :o)
Did you see the new four season tree sampler that is a companion piece to your AAFG? I LOVE IT!
Congrats on your biscornu it looks great. Finishing skills improve with practice!
Congrats on the finsih it looks great..I'm doing a happy dance for you.
Great job for your 2nd finish. You know the old saying the more you do the better you get. The pink really stands out on the black. I know its hard sewing on something dark but sometimes it is worth it. - Sandra.
It's gorgeous, the colors on the black are so striking. I can see why you wouldn't what to do a BAP on the black though. Black fabric makes designs look so wonderful, but it's so hard on the eyes. Loved the Noah's Ark find in your previous post, very cute.

Smart idea to do a test run on the fabric :-) The biscornu looks great!
Good for You!! The Biscornu is beautiful!!!
Your biscornu is beautiful Ranae! The colours really stand out on the black fabric.
