Thank Goodness!!! It's back home

Hello! All
I am so excited to report my And They Sinned is back home and it's framed. I love it.

I made the 1 hour trek today to Crystal Lake and it was worth it, Yay!!
The lady said "She was sorry it took so long, they were overwhelmed with the frame sale."
Well! Why didn't they tell me that over the phone.
Thank you! Thank You! for the ones that commented support, even though it made me even more depressed. You gals are the best.
My intentions were to only go pick up the ATS, lol
that didn't happen

I purchased a frame for Ida Mae Crow, a couple of threads, Bohin needles, "Checkered Halloween" by M Designs, the fabby 28 ct straw/natural gingham and the buttons, 30 ct havanna and a chart and fibers for a personal exchange (not shown of course)

I am a few hundred dollars poorer but surely happier all around. I lost my mojo for a few days, but I think it's cured now, lol

Off to stitch!! yay!!!!

I am so happy and I hope you all are too in some way or another.

You must be so relieved to have it home. I love the rustic looking frame with ATS, great choice. All of your wips are looking great.

Don't you love it when you get to bring your framed piece home! This is such an awesome one, I know you put a lot of time into it so congrats on a stunning piece to display. 10 weeks is a long time, I think I would have been very impatient.

OMG...I am doing such a big happy dance for you right now!!!

I'm so glad that they had it there, and it was done. They really need to do some training for the people they have answering the phones, though!!!

Ranae - I am so happy to hear that ATS is home safe and sound!!! You must be soooooo happy! I do agree with you though, that the store certainly could have kept you informed. Perhaps they were afraid that you would pull your order from them and that piece certainly isn't cheap to frame. But it's home and it looks wonderful - the frame fits it so well.

And love the stash too - just the thing to settle your nerves!!!

What a relief! And it looks like they did a great job.

Of course you couldn't resist all that new fun stuff. Don't blame you a bit for having no sales resistance.

Have fun with the new goodies.

Oh Ranae, what a relief to have your stitching back in your possession and it is just gorgeous. Have you decided where you will hang it?

I'm sure adding to your stash was the perfect way to celebrate finally receiving your framed piece.

Phew! What a relief!!!! It looks AWESOME though :o) I love the frame. Now why couldn't they tell you that over the phone????

That's some yummy looking stash and well worth it considering what it would have cost in emotional damages ;o)

Oh I am so glad for you that they had it. Whew. I kept thinking of you and I know I would have been sick over it. We put so much of ourselves in easch piece we stitch.

As for the stash shopping..... Well, you deserved it after all that worry and stress.

LOL

PS. The piece and the frame are stunning.

Oh Ranae, that is so very lovely! Just a shame you had miscommunication with the framer's and that it took so very long to get back home! OH my, it is gorgeous!

Congrats on the other acquisitions too and kudos for the stitching mojo return!:)

Woohoo!! I am so glad that ATS is back and that all the worry was for naught. :) I am sure it makes it all the more dear to you now! I just love the frame that you chose for it, too. Also the frame for Ida--it'll be fabulous! You deserve the extra treats to compensate you for all that worrying.

Oh my gosh - this is a master piece! First a master piece of stitching - how much did it take you to finish it? And a master piece of framing, it's in a very beuatiful frame.

What an absolutely beautiful piece this is - well worth the wait to bring it home from the framer. I can certainly understand your concern when it took so long though.

Great purchases. Don't you just love new stash!!

ATS is awesome. I am so glad that they had it done and nothing had happened to your piece. I was so worried about it. I even talked to my framing people about what had happened to you.

Why didn't they call you and keep you informed. You would have been less stressed.
